The vibe is of a ~1920's high-end boutique hotel that's been selectively updated for modern bathrooms. The patio upstairs was lovely and there were several great restaurants around. Breakfast was delicious though we noticed we needed to ask for it 30m earlier than we wanted it. Lovely space and helpful supportive staff even though we needed our phone translator for English/Spanish. Would look forward to staying again.

Staff was very helpful. I arrived earlier than expected. They stored my luggage and even offered a place to clean up before I headed out to explore. They provided a couple of options for breakfast, at a time of my chosing. Rooftop terrace is very nice. Minibar with excellent prices(beer, water, soda). Neighboring buildings look under construction, but that is typical Havana.

This property is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are large with well appointed bathrooms. The staff is always available and very attentive to your needs. There is a roof top patio with bar that has sea and city views. There is also a veranda off of the dining room should you want to eat outside. The breakfast is adequate however when I chose the scrambled eggs option they only serve a single scrambled egg. If that's my only complaint I guess this place is pretty awesome

Beautiful casa

This house is truly beautiful! It felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our travels throughout Cuba. The hosts were nice but communication was a barrier so they didnt interact with us often. The included breakfast was nice. The neighbourhood is quiet but there wasnt a whole lot to see that was within walking distance. If you are looking for a quiet beautiful casa to call home for a few days this certainly is worthwhile. If you are a tourist hoping to see the sites then finding somewhere closer to Old Havana may be more for you.

とにかくホテルが綺麗で良かったです。キューバでは有り得ない程インテリアなどにこだわりを感じました。おそらくオーナーが女性で彼女が1から思い描いて造られた建物なのではないかと思います。親切なオーナーとずっと常駐しているお手伝いさんに感謝、ありがとう。それと毎朝朝食を食べれるのが嬉しかったですね。コーヒーは美味しかった。私は喫煙者ですが部屋では喫煙出来ませんが、リビングや屋上テラスでは喫煙可能で助かりました。ロケーションとしては海が近くサンライズやサンセットを見るのに最適です。多少歩きますがホテルの近くには良い食事が出来るお店が結構ありました。旧市街まではタクシー移動で15分程度なので、観光でも特に不便を感じることは有りませんでした。お国柄タクシーが非常に少なく、私は知らなかったのですが配車アプリもあるようです。ただしキューバではインストール出来ないので入国前に準備する必要があります。流しのタクシーに乗るよりもホテルに呼んでもらったタクシーの方が安かったです。Wi-Fiは私はGigSkyというアプリでeSIMを入れて使っていました。一応ホテルにもSIMのレンタルサービスがあります。お金はアメリカドルを持っていけば両替する必要が全くなく手間が有りません。日本人が注意すべき点は日本円は出来るだけ所持していかない方が良いということです。ビザの申請で問題ない範囲だったので正直に書きましたが、入国出国両方で呼び止められました。おそらく数字の単位が大きいので、理解されてないからだと思われます。通貨単位変換アプリで説明すると納得してもらえました。今回初めてのキューバでしたが、キューバの人々が大変親切で色々助けていただき、大変良い旅が出来ました。ありがとうございました。

部屋の清潔さは完璧で、家具、インテリアの質やセンスもこだわりが感じられ、非常に心地良い空間でした。 ただランドリーがあるのもここを選んだポイントだったのですが、実際は水不足でやってないとのことでした。また朝食でコーヒーのお代わりをお願いしたら、前の宿は無料でしたがここでは有料とのことでした。

Primero que nada, esta propiedad está registrada como hotel 3 estrellas y no es hotel, es una casa. Y lo segundo fue que nunca salió agua caliente para bañarme. Y por último se iba la luz muy seguido.

O imóvel é muito luxuoso. Fica numa região separada de pontos turísticos de interesse. O quarto é muito confortável e bonito e com banheiro excelente, limpo, com ducha de água abundante e pia grande com dois bojos. Café da manhã muito bom. Apenas não gostei da cobrança extra de qualquer item ou serviço que saia minimamente do padrão da hospedagem. Por exemplo: taxa extra caso solicite o café da manhã na varanda ao invés de na sala do café, que fica imediatamente ao lado. Taxa extra caso queira queijo nos ovos do café da manhã. Isso traz a sensação de falta de empatia dos proprietários. Os funcionários, entretanto, são muito amáveis e apenas cumprem essas regras.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung im Stadtteil Verdado. Im Nahbereich der Unterkunft gab es einige gute Restaurants und fußläufig konnte man in 5 Minuten den Malecon erreichen. Das Zimmer und das dazugehörige Bad waren sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das im Zimmerpreis inbegriffene Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Bueno pero puede mejorar algunas condiciones.

Se ajusta el valor a lo que ofrecieron. Un lugar muy bonito lleno de detalles decorativos llamativos. Cerca al malecón y restaurantes para comer comida rápida. En frente de encuentra una tienda para comprar tinto a costo de pesos cuby,dólares o euros. En el hotel encuentras un baño cómodo,limpio con agua caliente. La habitación pequeña con lo necesario. Buen desayuno pero no muy variado. Buen aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Falta mayor conectividad al Internet a bajo precio,y solo 4 canales cubanos de noticias, arte o deportes.
