The place was lovely , located right in the central location , brilliant connections buses in front of the hotel, beach walk 3 minutes, shops around! Hotel was very clean and housekeeping services were brilliant, room was spotless everyday, Hotel had many slides and my kids loved it! The obnly thing was missing is kettle and coffee in rooms:)

Bien pour les enfants ,beaucoup de monde fait la queue pour le buffet alors que il y avait beaucoup de table libre,les carrelages était pas très propre dans les chambres mais aussi dans l’hôtel, parking complet

Property is clean but the entertainment area is tiny and not enjoyable with a dangerous stage for mini club. The slides pool water is very deep and the dining is very crowded with broken lift up to the second floor. Couldn’t have stayed more than 3 nights. Close to a nice quiet beach which was nice but there’s better out there

On es restées 2 jours

Bel hotel, bien situé, par contre si vous voulez y manger payez les repas lors de la resevation de votre chambre, sinon vous n'aurez jamais de place et pas possible de reserver avant ,gros point faible pour ce genre d'hotel. Si vous prenez un monaco attention regrder la facture, il vous facture 1€50 le sirop lol A part ça bel hotel avec belle piscine pour enfants.

Très bon hôtel dans l’ensemble , l’hôtel est très bien pour un 3 étoiles. Une bonne piscine avec toboggan pour les enfants dommage qu’il n’y ai pas assez de parasols , il y a des personnes qui font la queue avant l’ouverture de la piscine pour réserver des transats . Le personnel ne parle pas français. C’était un bon séjour dans cette hôtel qui se situe à 5mn à pied de la plage .

Las tumbonas son un cachondeo, la gente las coge por la mañana y las toallas se quedan allí todo el día. El mini club tiene acceso limitado, por lo que algún día el niño se puede quedar sin entrar

Hôtel décevant, le personnel ne parle pas français, animations très médiocres. La piscine est trop petite par rapport au nombre de personne qui séjourne dans l'hôtel. Et la propreté laisse a désirer, à tout niveau piscine, cuisine, chambre, toilettes... Le seule point fort se sont les toboggans de la piscine pour les enfants.

l'hôtel Best Sol d'Or est juste à fuir la propreté de la chambre laisse vraiment a désirer, et même quand vous faites une réclamation auprès des hôtesses d'accueil on ne vous prend pas en considération. Le seul point positif est la piscine et les tobogans ainsi que le quartier très calme. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CET HÔTEL.

La habitacion muy bien y comoda, pero el restaurante ... poco personal, para coger comida que hacian a la plancha habia muuucha cola ya que solo hay un cocinero y un poco sieso, hacia l comida cruda porque no daba abasto,le pides q te lo haga mas y pone mala cara. La comida buena pero muy repetitiva ,cada dia para la comida y la cena hamburguesa frankfurt pizza, arroz blanco y patatas hervidas y fritas.para los pekes siempre pasta, pero esta buena. Y los camareros los pobres no daban abasto con todas las mesas, mucha gente y poco personal.

No me gustó la gestión de Expedia de la reserva. De 3 habitaciones reservadas, en 2 de ellas nos hicieron pagar 30€ adicionales porque, según ellos, no estaba bien hecha la reserva. Cuando la mayoría de los clientes se equivocan y se les hace pagar más opino que ya roza la definición de engaño.

Hotel bonito pero nada tranquilo. Más para familias con niños. El todo incluido no vale la pena mucho, suplementos por marcas de alcohol y lo que es de la cas de poca calidad. Encima parece que les estás robando cuando les pides. Debería haber carta bien detallada de las bebidas que entran en todo incluido y que no. Algunos cócteles si y otros no!! He estado en ptros todo incluido del Sur y nada que ver con esto. Habitación poco insonorizada. Piscina pocas hamacas para la gente que hay. No vi personal de seguridad por si hay algún jaleo, la gente bebe y más todo incluido Comida aceptable pero repetitiva. Refrescos de garrafon. No volvería. Deben aprender de otros hoteles.
