"Air conditioning did not work Front desk offered absolutely no instructions or information for hotel amenities. We either had to figure things out on our own ( breakfast , pool towels, gate access to beach, restaurant access) or go and ask. Nice location and property but staff could have been more ..."

"Had a great stay, very nice rooms, and responsive staff. Perfect location for the city center, festivals, and beach access. They could use a better/more secure way of storing luggage between arrival and checkin and/or checkout and departures, but aside from that perfect stay."
