Amazing staff and chef in the kitchen : restaurant- Gayatri, Subhadra and Lakshmi. Concierge always amazing smiling offering me my favourite juice :) I did have to give some feedback around housekeeping but this was immediately implemented. Overall absolutely wonderful stay! Thank you

Hotel is conveniently located on MG Road which is prime arterial road and shopping area. Rooms need better sound proofing as there is incessant traffic noise. Staff needs to be more responsive and well trained. Had to continually chase for small requests. Hotel is pricey compared to the facilities it offers. Overall, hotel needs to invest considerably in staff training for a better client experience.

The Vivanta Hotel Is Superb and Excels in Service!

We had a wonderful time staying at Vivanta. We stayed almost 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are amazing, the food is wonderful and the rooms are very nice. The hotel has a driver on-site that we used to travel near and far which was extremely convenient for us to go where we needed to go. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and the PVP Mall which has both local and international stores. I highly recommend this hotel for your short or long term stay in Vijaywada.

Good property with nice breakfast options. Attentive staff. Neighborhood is a bit noisy but that’s because this property is in the middle of the city - you cannot avoid this. Terrace Pool upstairs is not big but the terrace provides nice views of Vijayawada hills.
