"Great hotel, clean, delicious restaurant close to CDG airport my only complaint is that the shuttle does not go to aérogare 2( where delta and Air France flights to US depart from) "

"From checking in to checking out our stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful always. The room was very well equipt and very clean. The only issue we had was with the attachment that held the shower head, this was only a very minor inconvenience. "

"Close proximity to the big Val d’Europe mall, which has shops, restaurants, snacks, and more. Also at the end of the mall is the RER train station which you can take to get to the heart of Paris. 15-20 minute walk to and from the Disney park which is very convenient. Free shuttle also served well for us. Pool was fun, laundry worked well, staff was nice. Only complaint, albeit tiny and not important, is our card key to get into the room lost its scanning ability 3 different times which made us have to get new ones each time."

"Restaurant managers and chefs are immensely helpful in accommodating special requests. Hotel is new and clean. All staff is genuinely happy to help. "

"This is the only hotel I stayed where there’s no free water nor doesn’t have ice maker. However,the lobby is nice and clean. The receptionist were very friendly."
