We loved the location of this property and the staff were very kind! It’s super walkable to the whole town and the beach. Very convenient to the beach as well. The building was under construction, but we did not find it too noisy or anything. Breakfast in the downstairs lobby was good. Room still needs some fine tuning, the safe is in the closet, but you can’t open the door to access it because the nightstand is in the way. There were no extra blankets or anything, and to get the tub unplugged we had to use a knife to pop it out. Not things that made the stay horrible, but little details that they will hopefully work on.

Great views, OK hotel.

OK hotel (had basic amenities such as hair dryer, fridge etc). Terrace room with sea view was a shared terrace. Rooms were in OK condition. The front desk is only open for check-in from 16:00-19:00 daily. Helpful to have free parking and great sea views from the hotel. The breakfast was also very good (and included)

Decisamente un paradiso. Ottima pulizia e comodità di parcheggio. Colazione buonissima e disponibilità del personale. La camera con il balcone davvero molto bella, il faro, le stelle, sembrava una cartolina. Venendo da lontano ed avendo trovato del traffico, abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di attendere il check in alle 21:30, ci hanno gentilmente atteso ed è stato molto gradito. Speriamo di tornare presto.

La struttura è nuova e in posizione ultra strategica: si trova infatti proprio di fronte al faro di Vieste e quindi sul lungomare, a 2 passi dal centro storico e alla spiaggia di Marina Piccola. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato. La ns stanza, seppure non molto grande nelle dimensioni, godeva, grazie ad un grazioso balconcino, di una bellissima vista sull'intera baia di Marina Piccola, da punta San Francesco al Faro, compreso quindi il Castello Svevo e tutto il Centro Storico. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte perché di passaggio, ma avrebbe valso la pena potersi fermare di più.

Prachtig gelegen hotel op het einde van Lungo Mare. Zeer kleine kamers. Kleine badkamers. Gemeenschappelijk terras op 2e verdieping met zeezicht en zicht op de stad. Gratis parking naast hotel. Correct personeel. Klein maar verzorgd ontbijt. Op wandelafstand van de prachtige oude stad.

l’hotel è situato in un posto molto strategico, vicino al porto e vicino al centro, ma sopratutto c’è una spaghettata libera proprio lì sotto. L’unica pecca è che i muri non sono insonorizzate, quindi sentivamo tutto ciò che succedeva nella stanza accanto.

Direkt am Wasser, alles fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Sowohl der Strand als auch die wunderschöne Altstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hotel scadente e molto caro!!! Non raccomandato!

Una struttura pessima, da non tornarci mai più! Le camere sono piccole e molto mal arredate, i letti scomodi, i mobili scadenti. Alle cinque di mattina entro luce in camera perché non ci sono gli scuri... La colazione è poco buona e molto scarna. E soprattutto, l'hotel è molto caro rispetto a strutture molto migliori site ben più centrali!!! Non raccomandabile!!!

Il punto forte della struttura è in terrazzo che si ha in comune con le altre stanze ,con una vista incantevole su Vieste. Peccato che le camere sono più piccole di quel che sembra ma la nostra aveva il bagno nuovo.Letto nn molto comodo.Resto della struttura nuovo e pulito. Buona la colazione ma un po’ carente nella scelta dei prodotti

hotel deludente, ottimo risorante

camera completamente al buio in quanto manca la finestra. Si dovrebbero salvare solo quelle camere vista mare ma attenzione con il balcone (ultimo piano). Si sente tutto quello che si dice nel corridoio, sembra di stare dentro alla camera. Colazione sufficiente e niente eccezionale. Abbiamo dovuto. aspettare 40 minuti per fare la colazione perchè il personale è arrivato in ritardo. Ristorante con ottimo cibo, bella musica e bellissima vista.
