"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...

"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen großen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber außgerechnet an der großen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee. "Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...
