Great breakfast staff

The staff making breakfast were great...first 2 days veryquiet ..not many people..our last day on Sunday it was packed but your staff did an amazing job keeping everyone happy...we had a nice breakfast cake slices on the first day but nothing after that...but no worries probably better for ne.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are extremely helpful and professional etc. Big shout out to Max great support..Only thing i found very difficult, was they catered for a wedding reception and closed the hotel area and asked us not to use it. I find this very unprofessional when you have paid.

Firstly, this hotel is advertised as a Best Western hotel but it should be listed as a business hotel (the Pear Hotel). Because of it being a business hotel, the rooms were extremely small and not conducive for family stays. As for amenities, the rooms have no fridges or microwaves. Again making it difficult to stay here as a tourist or traveller. Also the first night we stayed the water heater was not working so the water was ice cold. The staff were friendly however and offered free breakfast due to this inconvenience. All in all, the staff were nice but the hotel is not suitable for anything other than a 1-2 night stay.
