"Breakfast was delicious and we did not use the pool."

"The property is very old and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 80's. The carpets were extremely dirty as I noticed when I got in the shower that my feet had picked up lint and dirt. I wore socks prior and looked at my socks and they were filthy. The bathroom walls lolked like they had been primed and not even painted or a very terrible paint job. The positive is that it's close to everything."

"View was obstructed. Our view was of the street and the roof. Not of the ocean. We had kids running up and down the halls knocking on our doors ding ding ditching at all hours of the night. Our window shades were all broken and we couldn't close them all all. Despite all of these issues the staff was nice but the room wasn't what we expected"

"Dirty musty smell, floors were sticky, there was blood on one of the pillows, they did replace it and it was a small amount but still pretty gross "

"The king room looking over the ocean was nice -- simple but clean and had all we needed. The bed was good but we didn't love the pillows. The pool with a bar on sight was nice but it would have been better if there were a few more lounge chairs. We were happy with the included breakfast and to find the water cooler to fill our water bottles (in the laundry room). The beach was not crowded but had a lot of seaweed. Overall good for the price. We did pay extra for parking and to rent beach chairs (2 loungers + umbrella $30/day)."

"I don’t like the fact you have to pay $10.00 per day for parking. I think that is unacceptable. Other than that the place was nice. Really liked the Fish Camp restaurant and bar which is attached. Really nice people and excellent food with huge portions!"
