The property was however. more run down than expected. It clearly needed painting and repairs. The main areas are open to the elements and when it rained the flooring was wet and not mopped up. I recommend the property if you have the right expectations as it is not luxury. it not luxury. "

"The private beach was not "tranquil" as it was advertised. They had a DJ set up blasting music like it was some night club, about an hour after we arrived. We had been listening to the waves and wind in the trees, then it was ruined. This is supposed to be a 4 star resort, not a public beach in Miami."
