Fine for One Night

The hotel itself was a charming older hotel with a large room and nice fixtures. The bathroom was quite nice and spacious. The surrounding area offered very little. We were only staying for one night and we ended eating from the Big C (equivalent of 7-11) on a he corner. The pool, though not big, was nice. The breakfast buffet was so poor as to not qualify as breakfast at all but the fortunate and surprising exception was the coffee. The coffee was satisfactory but that may have been good timing as it was not fresh brewed but a pot sitting on a warming unit.

Magnifique hôtel, accueil très professionnel et charmant, de petites attentions. Chambre ultra spacieuse et trés joliment décorée. Piscine merveilleuse. Trés bon petit déjeuner. Dîner avec des plats de qualité inégale, mais à prix bas. Excellent rapport qualité prix au global !

L' hotel è molto bello, con piscina e palestra. Il ristorante per la colazione si trova nella strada di fronte. Purtroppo lo staff non ha mai risposto a numerose email inviate per prenotare dei transfer dalla stazione bus e aeroporto. La camera assegnatami, molto bella, era sull'ala in rifacimento, quindi con operai e calcinacci a terra. I portasapone erano quasi vuoti. In compenso la colazione era ricca e la qualità del sonno molto buona.

Very nice structure, friendly staff. The only issue if that most of the staff speak very little English (or any other Western langiages) making communications awkward. I would really advise to have people at the reception learn English

Customer service was nice. Hotel was beautiful so castle like. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was huge. Bed was very comfortable. I loved it along with the pillows. Room service for food was quick and delicious. Free breakfast in restaurant was good. Has a shuttle to take you sightseeing certain areas/ night market. Free bicycle to ride/walkable. Spa just above restaurant was great. Will be back.

Super séjour dans cet hôtel très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Une superbe suite spacieuse avec tous les équipements. Un petit bémol : concernant le bar, j'ai commandé une bière et malheureusement le verre est tombé par terre et s'est brisé en emportant ma bière. Résultat, je n'ai pas pu la boire évidemment et l'on m'a facturé le verre au prix de 3 euros, soit 2 fois le prix de la bière.... Je trouve cela un peu mesquin. Mais bon, c'est du détail !

対応や設備に関しては、申し分ないです。間違いなくお勧めできます。一方、立地が都市部からは少し離れています。駐車場があり、多くの方は車でホテルを利用しているようなので、外国人観光客がビエンチャンを観光するために利用するには多少の不便さがあります。しかし、ホテルの車での送り迎えなど、多少のリクエストには融通を利かせていただけるので、そこは高評価でしょう。ホテル内にはプールはありますが、スパは近日オープンとの事でした。ホテル内のアクティビティが充実してくれば、さらに心地よい空間を過ごすことができるでしょう。

何もない長閑な 町

噂通りパトウサイとナイトマーケット以外は寺の何もない静かな町でした。ホテルが中心から 離れた所の為無料の車サービスが頼りでした。

They're nice staff & good take care of us. They've a van transfer to airport for free & some place eg.night market ,Wat Phrathatluang which bring you back to hotel. You can offer food to the monk in the morning other activities they've fitness & swimming pool

Ett fint Hotel, som låg totalt fel en bra bit i från centrum, nästan som i en förort, tuppar som gal redan 4 på morgonen, och hundar som stämde inn i kören, där fanns aposlut inget att göra eller att titta på. Lite synd för det är ett flott hotel

本当は教えたくないのですが。。。

本当は人に教えたくないくらい良かったです。 モダンアンティークといった感じで、アンティークな感じだけど新しく清潔感がある。 新しいのもあるとは思いますが綺麗でした。 スタッフの対応も良く、時間が合えば主要場所に行くフリーシャトルも利用できます。 朝食も離れのレストランで、テラスで朝日を感じながら至福のひと時でした。
