I can’t compliment this place enough. I rarely give 5 starts for anything but this hotel has won me over. The staff are friendly, the room and amenities are excellent, the desk staff are super helpful, and the hotel breakfast is actually a good deal.

Pleasant, honest staff (I left about US$50 in my pants and brought my clothes to the laundry - the $ was returned the next day with a smile). Had breakfast buffet every day while I was there dinner 2x and laundry = US$59, a bargain by any standard. The hotel is in a great part of town, close to the river and many shops and small, delicious restaurants, and local massage. Highly recommended.

I didn’t know how to make domestic phone calls in Laos. Mr. Bounmy was very helpful in calling for me and arranging taxi ride to the airport. The hotel is a very nice hotel, breakfast is well made and served, the gym, the pool and pool deck were beautifully done.

I couldn't fault the room, great aircon easy to adjust and control I instructed housekeeping exactly how i wanted the bed made they did it the same every day of my 14 day stay. Breakfast buffet exceptional. I stay in lots of hotels I salute Lao Plaza.
