"The hotel is in a good location, walkable to Innere Stadt, transportation and many restaurants. We enjoyed the convenience. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with nice architectural features. There is also a bar which was great for a glass of wine before retiring for the night. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. However, this hotel has several downsides. The air conditioning did not work well so we had to open the window at night because it was hot and stuffy. The fresh air was helpful, but the hotel is on the corner of two busy streets, so it was noisy. Eventually, the traffic slowed down and the noise wasn't bad. Another downside is the room was so small. We could hardly get around the bed and had to literally walk sideways to get between the bed and a mirror that was attached to the wall with a rod that served as a closet. There was no place to put luggage, so we had to leave it on the floor, creating even less room to move around the bed. There was no chair to sit in. The "nice" part about the room the glass door that opened to a very small area. You couldn't really sit there because it was small but you could look out the windows that gave a slight view. The bathroom was nice, clean, and had a great shower."

"The best part about the hotel was its location. It was next to the train station and underground. There was a tram that ran from near the hotel to downtown. Very convenient. The hotel was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again."

"Our second stay at the Hotel Europe just off Kartnerstrasse in as many visits to Vienna! This location is simply perfect! We were just blocks from two subway stops: Stephensplatz and Opera/Karlsplatz which got us pretty much everywhere we couldn't walk to. And this location is walkable to many of the most popular art and history museums in this historic city. This hotel is modern, clean and bright! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and always greets you when entering the lobby. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. Couldn't ask for much more!"

"Great modern hotel steps from Karlsplatz and easy walk to the inner city. Lovely inner courtyard. Staff are superb, helpful and accommodating. Standard Room was a good size and beds were very comfy with real feather duvets and pillows. Breakfast buffet (and extras) was extensive, high quality and delicious. Highly recommend. "
