Room extremely small and narrow. Very hot inside and no air Lights were very bright and not able to adjust it. No outside light because when the door is closed it's totally dark in the room No smoking area Complicated to check-in because they are using a specific code with 4 digits and not your name. Need to use your Credit Card to get in the building so don't forget a physical card with you. Number of concierge or customer service on the reservation and on the wall at the hotel doesn't work No place to leave the trash No services at all in the Hotel Impossible to cook because the entire room will smell for. Days The area of the hotel is very dangerous. 10th District of Vienna so when you get out of the Metro or Tram, lots of people waiting to attack you or following you. Very dangerous neighborhood

American Experience: I was worried about being able to get checked into the hotel as per the directions: "Guests will receive an access code. Guests are recommended to download the property's . mobile app before check-in" I never received a message or email regarding the properties access code and there is no app that I could find at all that was tied to the app. I tried getting in contact through expedia to the property but had no luck or response. I did reach out via phone and they provided me an access code to check into the property. Once at the property you have a kiosk to check in and get your room cards and it was all very easy to use. The property was very very safe and secure, we had to go through multiple doors using our key card to get into the main space and then our room. Really loved how safe that felt. If you are a warm traveler though please be warned that there is not a lot of airflow. The room we had had a small window and the "central cooling" for the room did not work. I would say that the room could had been cleaned a little better in the bathroom area though for our stay as it felt dusty and a little crusty. It is a tight feel so if you don't like confined spaces this would not be a good place for you to stay. But overall would stay here again, loved the security of the building, and the location was nice for us as it was not too far away from anything.

Wenn sauber dann bestimmt schön

Sehr schöne Zimmer, leider sehr schmutzig. Anziehsachen kannst du in keinen Schrank machen, voll staubig und schmutzig. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück im Haus, man muss ins Restaurant, ca. 100 m entfernt, aber leider auch dort nur geringe Auswahl am Frühstück, leider kein Buffet.
