This was a clean and convenient property for visiting the city center and elsewhere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was terribly hot during our visit. That translated to the elevator being terribly hot as well. Overall we loved it.

Excellent Hotel and Location

The hotel was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodations were excellent. Location was superb. Very close to trains and many things within walking distance.

I stayed in a suite with my family. We greatly enjoyed the property and the location, at walking distance from most important sites. We had some difficulty with management before getting there, since they interpret the "non refundable" nature of the booking in a very strict sense to mean that no changes are allowed, even to add a person or book a different, more expensive room. But once we got there, we had a great stay. The suite was spacious, the staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is great. We'd certainly go back to this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel! My mother had a wonderful stay—everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and responsible, making her feel welcome and well cared for. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day.
