This property was cute and affordable. It had a great location near their subways and lots of stores. Our room happened to have a lot of ants and the shower was clogged when we got there which made the whole place smell terrible. Other than the smell it was a nice place to stay.

Good place to stay

The hotel location is reasonably good. I came to Vienna by bus, and left by air. It is a 7 or 8- minute walk to the hauptbahnhof (from which the OBB operates a train to the airport every 30 minutes), and if you have luggage, you can take the O-tram, which reduces the walk to one block. While not fancy, the hotel provides a basic but comfortable room for sleeping.

I didn’t receive prior to arriving any check-in details although they didn’t have any reception to welcome guests. Luckily, the cleaning lady was present and she assisted. The place is good to stay for a night, thin walls as well. I wouldn’t recommend to lodge there for more than a night.

The room was incredibly dirty, we were not provided a key as stated in the check in requirements, the sheets were stained. The hotel was not responsive whatsoever with our concerns and asked us to rate them 5 stars after continually ignoring our messages of concern

The main door was difficult to find and then it was difficult to decide which buttons to press to gain access The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. The wi- fi worked well but I couldn't get the TV to work at all. The rules were extensive & restrictive and there was nothing in the room to welcome visitors.

Close to Wien Hauptbahnhof and local supermarkets, restaurants easy to move around, didn’t felt unsafe at all, mattress is good, the place was clean, they got TV and air conditioning including Netflix. However the shower had no water pressure, this bothered me a lot, I found the toilet to be very small and the sink so small too, the curtain was broken and this was reflecting the sun in the morning, forcing us to wake up earlier than needed. Would I stay again ? No, I’d be probably be looking for something more spacious and with good water pressure.

It was not possible to close the window in the room (it is winter). The battery in the digital door lock is running low, when I wrote about this to the service provider, I did not receive any response. There is no trash can in the room, one of the bedside lamps did not work, there were no clothes or towel hangers in the bathroom, nor in the room. The bed is very narrow. The environment, house elevator was dirty. The shutter on the window was torn. Hot water barely flowed.

WiFi was very intermittent only worked 5 mins at a time, unfortunately no areal in the tv either. As we were using this as a pit stop on our travels we were unable to relax with some internet/tv. Room is quite small and not ideal for taller folk. Shower wasn’t consistently hot but wet. had worse. If you are looking for somewhere to hit the hay only can’t massively fault it.

This property is fine for a short stay. The property is basic and feels like it is run purely for profit rather than hosting. A few small changes would make a huge difference to customer experience. Things as simple as a bath mat, better air con, hooks to hang up towels, working batteries in the TV remote, and windows that aren’t nailed shut. It is ok, not horrendous, but it could be so so much better. I wouldn’t want to pay any more than the price we paid.

I saw quite a few people that gave a bad review about this property but I enjoyed my stay there. Everything worked out well with the codes to the doors and the check-in process. The only two small negatives was that the television didn't work that well when trying to watch YouTube but that's what my phone is for. Also the shower did not drain easily so the shower pan would fill up with water. But for the price and location and comfort it was fine and I am quite picky lol.
