Good for getting into the city

Perfect location for easy access into the city on the train. Hotel is clean, modern and new. Staff seem very unhappy, but as there is minimal contact it didn’t matter to us.

Outlying, but almost everything is best

The location was excellent except that it was far from the city center and there were few amenities around the hotel. I was able to take a comfortable rest in a clean room with a panoramic view. Especially from the subway station, the hotel is less than 30 seconds walk away.

Quick stay on way to VIE

The lady that checked us in was very pleasant. The man working the check in counter could not have been more rude and definitely set the tone for our visit. Had he been my employee, I would have terminated him on the spot for the way he treated my wife and I.

Modern hotel with stylish bathroom

The hotel is modern , located away from center, but with a station opposite. Parking on site is expensive at €25/day. The reception staff are helpful and multi lingual. The rooms have great showers, large screen TV and a huge bed with various led lights. Its great value for a short trip however reception is not 24hours and its feels like not enough staff present. No shops nearby.

Poor air condition in the BURNING summer heat. Sleepy and seemingly unmotivated guy in the reception. Saved money wherever they could here BUT a ridiculous dust-collecting and probably super expensive decoration above the bed. Dust drizzels down on you as you sleep. Soap smells horrible. Beds seem to be bought in a flee-market - CHANGE THEM!!! Bad smell in corridor. But: Great location and clean towls and bed linen.

I expected a lot more from this hotel. There was like 0 personal pretty much always. We had to wait until 3 to check-in (ok, fine) but then still our room was not ready. They complained to us about the cleaning stuff (not our problem!). The room was ok, but a suite without a coffee maker??? Also the view on the "lake" was very disappointing, more like a view on a construction site with some water. The hotel has 0 facilities and also the surroundings are "empty". We found 1 bar that closed on 22:00.... all in all... very bad.

Very dissapointing, not like the picture….

Parking was chaos. You risk a ticket just to ask where tou should park. Like paying 25 euro for the unmarked parking garage. The area was a construction site. I paid extra for a lake view. Got view of the train line, some buildings and a corner of the hotel. Nothing like picture! 3 receptionists looked surprised to see me, and i felt extremely unimportant. The rooms looked unfinished, furniture did not fit, and walls was mostly bare cement or wood. The bathroom smelled of sewage, and had a lot of long white hairs. I enjoyed the bed and TV. Until the movie i cast to the TV started lagging, and the bed turned lumpy. Breakfast selection was nice, but cleanliness was not on the menu. Generally the whole experience was very dissapointing and a little stressful.
