They primarily entertain huge groups, it is not a convenient hotel for regular folks . The rooms are very small and so are the beds and there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms . There is construction all over the place.

The staff was very polite but room was not cleaned on the first day. Also, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty and even after calling the reception desk twice it was refilled until that night. So we had to take a shower with hand soap in the morning.

Short weekend stay - everything was lovely

My partner and I spent a night in Vienna, just a little trip to enjoy a bit of the city. The hotel was well located, the staff were lovely, and the room was kept very nicely. The room was a bit small, but that's expected in the center of a capital city. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine except for the air conditioning. The fan was so so loud and would have a frequent bang that happens every few minutes. Really hard to get a good night’s sleep as a result. The staff were friendly and the location is great for those using public transport.

Very dated rooms, just "okay"

Staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful. Entrance area and reception clean and well presented. Rooms are extremely dated. There is air con which was a plus however single beds are not too comfortable. Bathroom also dated and shower facility is abysmal. Shower head is mounted on the wall on the side of the bath instead of the end and there is no shower curtain, just a screen that covers about a foot and a half. You have to point the shower into the corner and crouch down into the corner. Not good at all especially in hot weather. Iron/ironing board not in the room, can be requested at reception which i did and asked for immediately as we had a dinner reservation, half an hour later it had not appeared. Location isn't bad, short walk to naschmarket but a good kilometre or so walk to get near the main centre. Underground stop right outside though. Just okay.

Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich außerhalb gefrühstückt hab. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Die U-Bahn Richtung Innenstadt liegt genau vor der Haustür. In der Nähe hält der Bus, der direkt zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. Die Innenstadt ist mit der U-Bahn nur zwei Stationen entfernt. Besser kann die Lage nicht sein. Leider ist derzeit vor dem Hotel die Baustelle der neuen U-Bahn-Station. Deswegen ist der Zugang zum Hotel nicht ganz so einfach. Aber die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Man bekommt von der Baustelle im Zimmer nichts mit und meins ging direkt auf die Baustelle. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The hotel and staff is very good. Very clean hotel. Metro station just steps from the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Not much variety. At the moment the only con is the construction going on just beside it.

The place is old in not a nice way. Might have been luxurious at its time but now it is lacking. The internet in the room did not reach at all. The so called business centre uses Windows XP which doesn’t allowed me to do any work.
