Super service!

Kom sent, ingen parkering. Fikk lov til å stå oppå fortauet. Topp. Stort kult rom. Litt dodgy at det ikke var vindu på rommet, men ellers bra. Måtte bære kofferten siste etasje pga heisen gikk ikke så langt opp. Flott frokost! Likte dette hotellet godt.

Points positifs : bel établissement, accueil très chaleureux, chambre spacieuse, restaurant copieux et personnel très agréable, bon emplacement pour une balade à pied dans vielha. Points négatifs : spa accessible qu’à partir de 15ans, 25€ par personne en plus du prix élevé de la chambre.

Hotel situado en la carretera a Francia, cercano andando al centro de Vielha y a un supermercado; Aparcamiento exterior gratuito por los alrededores. Habitación con dos camas no muy espaciosa, pero limpia, al igual que el baño. Desayuno suficiente. Quizá las 4 estrellas las haya obtenido por el SPA, que no contratamos por el precio (25€ por persona y 2 horas, para clientes del hotel).

It's a nice hotel with everything you need, situated at the edge of the town which is superb. We stayed at the end of the ski season. It was incredibly quiet. The rooms are really quite small and very hot. Bed was comfy. The hotel is sited on the corner of two roads. The first room we were given was on the first floor immediately above reception. I could hear the traffic and people talking as they walked by so we were given another room which was still small but without the noise. I doubt there would be adequate parking in season. Breakfast was nice, also nice little bar - good wine and good value. We didn't use the spa which was an extra 15€ per use and you also needed pool shoes. I don't know if they were supplied or extra. Little English was spoken in the hotel. It's just a nice hotel

Buen hotel aunque las habitaciones de mas arriba son muy pequeñas, apenas hay espacio para dejar la maleta. Por lo demas muy buen hotel, muy buena comida y una atencion muy amable

En la oferta del hotel parece que incluye el spa. No es así. Cuesta 25€ por persona. Me consideré muy mal informado. Es el gancho del hotel, y no se proporciona. Si tiene un precio, hay que decirlo.
