We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. "This hotel is great. Really liked the neighborhood and decor. The parking garage is a half block away. Big underground public garage. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Decor is cool. Just felt like a nice place to be. "

"Great choice near the airport if you need a lot of space. We booked a one bedroom apartment, and had plenty of room to spread out and go through all of our bags. Our flight arrived late at night and we decided to pick up the rental car in the morning. You can easily walk to the rental counter at the airport from this hotel along well paved sidewalks and pick up your rental car. Ask the front desk or Google maps for directions. Saves on an over-priced taxi. Several restraunts nearby. Only issue is people tend to congregate and smoke outside the door and you can hear them talking and talking... late into the night. Had to call the front desk a couple of times to ask them to tell guests to be quiet. Try not to get a room above the entrance. "
