"The staff were very fri belt and helpful when I need to park my truck and trailer. The beds were comfortable and the shower had nice hot water. However, my room had an adjoined room and I could here the loud conversation the gentleman next to me was having all night. I could here another room blaring their TV. So I did not get a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was adequate was small. Overall, I'm not impressed with Beat Western and will avoid their establishments. Definitely had better...

"I love this hotel and stay here often! It is located on a body of water feeding from the gulf and Neches river — with a beautiful elevated deck and pool, overlooking the water…tons of wildlife, and had a couple of small alligators hanging out below the lower cement deck (with a sturdy fence and safe for children). Pretty, nice and very relaxing! Clean and nice staff, too. Comfortable rooms. "

"We had to get a accessible room because we have a wheelchair-bound family member and the room far exceeded any expectations that we had. It was absolutely beautiful room, great for you, the pool had a lift for our family member to swim, it was just a wonderful room especially for someone who build a disability it made things so much more pleasant for our trip.
