"The refrigerator needed defrosting, I wasn’t able to store my diabetic supplies. (My insulin) During my whole stay, housekeeping never cleaned my room. I needed an iron and ironing board and they gave me a filthy ironing board. Absolutely no breakfast at all. I called the hotel ahead of time to ask if there was a shuttle to the airport and she said she didn’t know. Taxi and Uber were not available according to the front desk staff. I will never return to this place. EVER!!!"

"Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very helpful when I realized I had not used my non-refundable reservation to check in and ended up charging myself double. Sincerely appreciate their efforts in helping me. "
