Family friendly Hotels in Vicuña, Coquimbo Region

"We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises."

"Negative: the room has no air conditioning, no tv, no WiFi. The bed sheets and towels all have (yellow) stains - we got them replaced and the new also had stains. The appliances do not work properly (shower). The bathroom has no hooks for towels. In total, the room, is below average. The big advertising to see the stars from the bed does not work if the window is not clean, also if the room gets hot and has no air conditioning. The restaurant‘s food was slightly off - not worth the price in...

"An older property but updated bathrooms and kitchens. A nice alternative to the high rise hotels yet close to the beach and restaurants. The manager is fluent in English and was very helpful."

"Clean rooms good breakfast and very good dinner. Language barrier (We dont speak Spanish) was fixed with translation program on the cellphone of the lovely waitress."
