"Location is great."

"Location was great and easy to get to off the motorway. We used the valet parking which was super convenient and the staff were great. Our room was spacious and very clean. Well equipped with what we needed, except no microwave. We had buffet breakfast and were spoilt for choice. Food was delicious. The outdoor pool was warm enough for an early morning swim then spa. Loved our stay!"

"Overall services were poor. Not friendly staffs when i first checked in then followed by no house keeping for first night. Most of staffs i can see are avoid " eyes catching " with customers "

"We had a wonderful weekend stay at Park Hyatt. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The food was delicious. The facilities were excellent — a well-equipped gym, and we especially loved the sauna and steam room. The location is very convenient with good parking, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed in a solo room with a private bath. I chose the budget interior option and I was pleased with the choice. Note there are no typical amenities such as gym or pool. Also, there is no maid service unless you put the door tag out requesting service. If you are comfortable with those tradeoffs than this might be worth it. "
