"This hotel was so beautiful and comfortable! They were so accommodating to my disabled grandmother, who is in a wheelchair, making sure she had a room on the ground floor. The reception staff were so friendly and kind, they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of plugs to charge devices, and it is a fantastic location near Victoria station for access to the rest of London. We would absolutely stay here again. "

They even found and shipped a ring my daughter accidentally left. Had almost as good of an experience at our next stop at Resident in Liverpool. "
