"The hotel's location is excellent, but unfortunately, that is its only redeeming quality. The overall condition of the property is very poor, with unclean rooms, uncomfortable and worn-out mattresses, foul-smelling tap water, cracked walls, and unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom. The hotel is in desperate need of a comprehensive renovation."

"The staff refused to accept my Expedia booking. I was kept waiting for over an hour until I had to pay for a direct counter reservation.
I need my Expedia money/points refunded. "
