"Very nice hotel great location only one draw back we were going to have breakfast in the restaurant we were not greeted in a friendly manner by the hostess. Do you have a reservation she asked and I replied did we need to book. She demanded we sit 2 x while she checked. A table was ready right away and came to get us all she said was follow me in a demanding manner. We decided to walk out not happy all other staff members were friendly regarding reception."

"Great stay for the weekend. Location very close to the ferry, fishermen’s wharf, downtown Victoria. All within walking distance. Rooms were as described; modern, clean, and well appointed. Front desk staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!"
