"Everything was great except without the air conditioning the room was very hot. The air conditioner was so loud though that it was not possible to sleep with it on. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay."

"We liked having plates, cutlery and a toaster. I would suggest putting up a sign on the cupboard that clients are responsible for washing dishes. It was unclear to us especially since there was no dish soap. Parking is very congested but, it is free."

"This is a very conveniently located hotel within easy walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf and the harbour. There is ample parking which is easy to access and reasonably priced. The hotel is well kept and staff are helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious and well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The room was dark and quiet at night making it easy to sleep. However, breakfast was disappointing which is why I have only given the hotel 4 stars; the tea was already made and so was very stewed, the pastries were cold and chewy, the scrambled egg was cold. Despite that, this is a good hotel overall and I would recommend it for a stay in Victoria."

"This is a well situated hotel for most downtown activities in Victoria. It is super clean. The beds are very very comfortable and so are the pillows. A great price point for a visit to Victoria."
