It was clean, it needs to be updated but it was clean. Breakfast was poor. Tiny apples and cold cereal available, non sugar kind. They can really work on improving Breakfast options.

Not good.

Checking in was normal. Getting to my room 110 which is downstairs. There were many broken beer bottles near the entrance of my room. I had to help carry my kids over them to get to the room. There was a outdoor party in the parking lot maybe 3 rooms down. Upstairs was a large family speaking a foreign language in chairs on the patio. In the middle of the night I assume they started moving furniture as there was so much noise of what sounded like furniture sliding across the floor. Lots of yelling at the party in the parking lot. It was bad.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Save your money.

WE ENDED UP NOT STAYING. First, the pictures advertised plus the room I paid for ISNT EVEN AT THIS LOCATION. Secondly, upon entering the room it smelled of strong chemicals.. turn the bathroom light on and roaches… ROACHES were all in there. We have a newborn so we immediately went to the front desk and told them we couldn’t stay there and they told us to cancel through this app. Which I have tried multiple times. Apparently it has to be approved by this hotel and “no one can get ahold of them”. This app and this hotel is absolutely unacceptable.

I asked for a hotel near Ganado, AZ and expedia said we found a Motel in edna, ~6.8 miles from Ganado. I made the reservation and kept driving to Ganado AZ, then 5 miles out I asked gps to navigate me to Edna, Az. Can't be found. I looked on the map, nope. I checked the reservation and realized expedia reserved me a room in Edna, TX. Seriously??? And I didnt pay for the refund option but my intention was to have a bed in ARIZONA, not TEXAS. Shame on Expedia

DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Didn’t stay! Checked in was there ten minutes and it smelled horrible! Black mold in each room and my kids and grands found four roaches. We left! Want a full refund and have yet received it!
