Every member of staff was genuinely warm, welcoming and eager to help. A special mention goes to Chris at the bar, whose attentive, friendly service was outstanding. He remembered guests, took the time to chat, and made everyone feel valued without ever seeming rushed. Including involving my son in games and fist bumps! Beautiful lodges can be found all over the world, but it's the staff who create unforgettable memories. Victoria Falls Safari Lodge has clearly built an exceptional team, and they're the reason we'd both return without hesitation. Highlight of our 4 weeks in SW Africa."

"The location is perfect. We seen elephants, striped mongoose, and wart hogs on the property. Baboons across the street. Located next to shopping and a few restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa services were also good. I highly recommend this resort. I would definitely stay here again."
