The property was fantastic at very reasonable cost. The hostess was the best I have ever dealt with. The main issue was the wifi.........which left a lot to be desired. It is an easy fix and the property will be world class.

These are great value apartments but these few are run independently of Miomba Mews so the breakfast is only available at one of the venues listed. This could be a bit clearer. The apartments are great - very clean with most of what you need. Lamps could do with the correct plug on them (bedroom!) and a few utensils are broken or missing but apart from that, they are very spacious and comfortable and we felt very safe there due to the 24 hour security and high walls etc. Anna was also very kind to store our luggage so we could visit Zambia for the night. Be sure to ask for 12A/B as 6B was extremely noisy from the street when we changed after our night away (maybe as it was a Saturday?). Would recommend if you want to save a bit on eating out. Grab food from the Pick n’ Pay on the way from the airport.

We were picked up by the property management and taken to a completely different location than the one we booked. Since it was already evening, we had no choice but to stay. While this alternative apartment was clean, it was entirely bare-bones. There was nothing inside except for the beds; we had to explicitly request basic amenities like towels, soap, an iron, and a hair dryer. The next morning, I complained to the property manager and was told that our original booking was unavailable. Only after we made a major fuss did they agree to transfer us to the correct location. Because we had a tour scheduled that morning, we were forced to haul all of our luggage with us again, losing valuable vacation time and enduring unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, the property host never offered an apology. While everything at the actual booked location was up to expectations, the entire ordeal cost us a full day of our trip due to their poor management and lack of communication.
