"My family and I had a great stay at Chateau Bleu. I really appreciated how well they communicated with us about our check‑in—it made everything smooth and easy. The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. Everyone we met was polite, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile or a warm good morning. I’d definitely come back and would happily recommend Chateau Bleu to friends and family. "

"Our room was clean and spacious, staffs were nice and the breakfast was well worth the money. It would have been a 5, unfortunately the toilet smells of urine although it looks clean."

"The bedsheet was stained and the mattress cover looks like it has molds on it. We asked the attendant if they replace the cover and he said no. We were troubled since we have a young one and molds are a big nono. We decide to leave the place that night and we are still waiting for any reply from the hotel. "
