First time sleeping in a Monastery

It was an experience to have live in an old Monastery setting. The place is beautiful and nicely kept. Rooms are big but spartan. We accepted it as it is in a Monastery. Breakfast was ample and excellent coffee.

Ho prenotato due notti in questo albergo in considerazione della tanto pubblicizzata calma e silenziosità del luogo, tra l'altro adiacente a un luogo di culto e a un monastero di clarisse, meta di pellegrini e ritiri spirituali. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che nella corte interna su cui affacciavano le finestre della camera che ci avevano assegnato, stavano organizzando per la sera un matrimonio: la musica di intrattenimento, assordante, è durata oltre le 2 di notte e solo dopo le nostre proteste alla reception siamo stati "dirottati nel cuore della notte" in una stanza che dava sul retro dell'edificio e dalla quale tuttavia si sentiva comunque il frastuono. L'ho vissuta come una truffa, dal momento che nessuno ci ha avvisati di tutto ciò, nonostante avessimo prenotato pochi giorni prima per venerdì e sabato. Sicuramente non torneremo più, nonostante la squisita gentilezza delle ragazze della reception e della sala colazione.

Hotel molto tranquillo in una location molto particolare. Pulito, silenzioso con parcheggio. Personale molto gentile. Ottimo ristorante con piatti ricercati e buon rappoprto tra qualità e prezzo. Credo che ci ritorneremo.
