"The room was clean, the staff were very helpful and the room had good air conditioning. The staff tried to get us in early and they did manage to get a room ready for 2.30 pm. The room was great and we settled in quickly. Then we noticed a leak in the bathroom. We called reception and they sent up a maintanence person relatively quickly. It turned out the leak was more problematic and they offered us another room. We moved again to another good room. If something like this happened in North America, the hotel would offer something complimentary to make up for the disruption. No offer was made. The staff were very helpful so we didn't feel like complaining. Otherwise no complaints about the hotel."

"I loved this hotel. It was beautiful.and it was clean. The people who work here are amazing they make you feel like family, the maître D in the restaurant made you feel very welcome and made sure everything was served to perfection. He made you feel very important. The food was also amazingly delicious.. if I were to go back to the Amalfi coast, I would not stay any place else but here."

"The place itself is beautiful, and the hotel offers excellent service and friendliness—especially from Martina. If you visit in the summer, be sure to pack cool, lightweight clothing and take the ferry from Naples to Amalfi to save time and money, and to avoid carsickness."

"The best food in Naples is served at the hotel restaurant! Our most relaxing times were on the terrace of the restaurant. Unfortunately we had a bedbug in our first room. The hotel was very accommodating and we were moved immediately."
