"The pool was closed and has been for some time as they are rebuilding it. This was not advertised when booking nor was it communicated to us afterwards. Bike hire and meals also need to be arranged the day before , again this wasn't communicated to us when booking or when speaking to the reception on the phone prior to arriving. It's a lovely village but I think it's not ok to advertise facilities that aren't available as this was a big reason why we chose it. I would definitely go again though...

"Indications peu claires pour trouver l'endroit ; Duna Parque possède plusieurs hotels. Personnel sur place fort sympathique et espace commun extérieur vraiment très beau. Très bien situé près de la promenade."

"Wonderful place and infrastructure. We felt very comfortable there. Because it invites to stay, I wish, the kitchen would have been better equiped. The vegetarian breakfast could be a bit more balanced. Maybe an egg to boil or some cheese."
