Puerto Dijama Hotel Boutique
Booked a large room and canceled it before the cut off date and rebooked a smaller room that became available. Was waiting a number of weeks for a refund and never happened. Hotels.com investigated it and the Hotel refused to pay the back the money. So I ended up paying twice for the same booking. ...
