Cómodo personal agradable

Agradable personal muy amable, bueno en calidad precio. Desayuno aceptable, si vas en coche parking gratuito ( cochera individual ) eso estuvo muy bien.

Muy buen hotel, bonito, cuidado y atento personal

Es muy cómodo dejar el coche en el aparcamiento privado individual debajo justo de tu habitación. La pisicina es muy grande y dispone de sombra de tumbonas con y sol y sombra al gusto. El restaurante es precioso con madera y caneelabros de velas reales, disfrutamos una noche de su buena comida y de musica en vivo, Fado. Es desayuno bufet es copioso aunque no muy variado. La habitación era amplia y al igual que el baño estaba miy limpia, cambiando las toallas cada día. Por último señalar la amabilidad y lo muy atentos de todo el pensonal con los que tratamos. Esperamos volver en el futuro.

Great little motel with bar and resturant attached

Convenient location. Extra friendly staff. Speak English. Every unit has a balcony and faces the interior court yard, with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated. Parking, breakfast and WiFi are included.

Hôtel agréable

Chambre sobre mais agréable au premier étage avec vue sur la piscine et ses palmiers. Box fermé pour la voiture au rez-de-chaussée très apprécié. Accueil sympathique.

Por comentarios de otros clientes y por las fotos decidimos reservar aquí, pero nada más llegar nos arrepentimos de haberlo hecho. La recepcionista era muy seca, nos dio las llaves y no nos explicó absolutamente nada sobre el hotel ni sobre la ciudad. Pedimos la contraseña wifi más tarde, pero no llegaba la señal al cuarto. La habitación muy normalita y aunque la habíamos reservado doble tenía una cama individual a parte que le restaba espacio. La puerta del baño y la de la terraza no cerraban bien y la persiana no bajaba del todo. En la ventana del baño no había cortinas, así que los vecinos podían vernos mientras nos duchábamos. No tenía gel ni champú, sólo un par de jaboncitos de mano. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba bien. Los operarios, a excepción de los camareros, no tenían uniforme, iban con ropa sucia y de andar por casa. La piscina no estaba mal, pero algunas hamacas estaban rotas. En el bar tardadaban siglos en atenderte y de forma totalmente descortés. El desayuno poco variado; el zumo era un refresco de naranja tipo sunny y caliente, no tenían fruta ni mermelada y tardaban en reponer lo que se acababa. Una de las mañanas pudimos escuchar desde la habitación la discusión completa de dos operarios a grito pelado. Las instalaciones no estaban mal, pero muy descuidadas: falta de pintura, suciedad... Se nota que el hotel en su día estuvo bien, pero ahora está en una fase totalmente decadente. Definitivamente, no volveremos.

TOP du TOP ou pourquoi aller chercher ailleurs ???

Paradisiaque ! Très mignon : genre petit appart. très bien conçu : il ne manque RIEN (surélevé avec garage en dessous). Le ménage est fait TOUS LES JOURS et de façon exemplaire !. Le restau DO CAIS est excellent avec spécialités Portugaises, mais pas que ... Le Personnel (des femmes de ménages au "Boss") est plus qu'accueillant, souriant, prévenant, parlant Français, Anglais, Espagnol (un peu), forcément Portugais !. Nous avons eu du mal à les quitter (et eux aussi !!!). Nous allons continuer le contact (cartes postales, ... pour leur faire connaître la région que nous habitons. Si nous retournons au Portugal, nous ferons en sorte de repasser vers chez eux : A RECOMMANDER !!!. J'oubliais : PDJ (sucré/salé : excellent) à volonté, mais pas "à foison" : bien évalué et donc pas de gaspillage intempestif (comme c'est trop souvent le cas !). Excellent contact avec les membres du Personnel avec qui nous avons tissé des liens sympathiques +++

Ja relatado. Nao consegui me hospedar. Nao e um hotel. E um motel para encontros sexuais. Havia uma festa so de homens na piscina, quando chegamos, que aguardavam as mulheres chegarem. Funcionario do hotel foi ao responsavel pelo hotel, Sr. Cerqueira e disse que nao havia condicoes de ficarmos. Nao se podia abrir a janela por causa do barulho e nao havia ventilador ou at condicionado. O responsavel pelo hotel, apos a observacao do seu funcionario, nos conseguiu outro hotel para dormirmos e mandou que procurassemos esta site de reservas para nos ressarcirmos. Nao e hotel para constar na lista desta empresa.

Bom atendimento

O hotel parece antigo, com garagens independentes. O quarto era bastante espaçoso. Senti um leve cheiro de poeira, mas nada que prejudique a avaliação. Os funcionários são bastante atenciosos e prestativos, inclusive deram diversas dicas de lugares a conhecer em Viana do Castelo. O WiFi oscilou um pouco. Ao andar pelo hotel percebi alguns restos de obra em uma das garagens. Talvez alguns dos quartos estejam passando por reforma. O pequeno almoço é muito bom. Anexo ao hotel existe uma excelente pizzaria. O hotel fica um pouco afastado da região central de Viana do Castelo em um bairro tranquilo.

Horrible!!!!!we arrived with the plane at 23 o'clock. So we searched for a hotel with 24hour reception. We found this hotel and booked, got a confirmation from hotels.com....Arrived on the hotel, nobody was on the reception. we tried to call and we wait but it wasnt sucessfull. We havnt any current on our mobilephone and it was very late so we havnt no choise - we must sleep in the car. (our rental car -fiat panda) We waited till morning because we want to clear this case, why nobody wasnt on the reception. But aftee 7:30 nobody arrived in the hotel we decided to leave We have also breakfast option,but at this time wasnt any open restaurant. At night and morning often looked by reception window but nobody was there. Our money was booked from the creditcard. We want the money back!!!...Who want to start the vacation in this way? nobody!!!!!!!!
