No comments about the hotel’s restaurant or room service. I found an Italian restaurant within walking distance with good food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay."

"The hotel is excellent overall, friendly staff, comfortable bed, two tram stations near at walking distance.The only thing that I found weird, is that they don't clean your room, unless you hang the little thing on the doorknob. The staff should tell about this on check-in. Other than that, it is a great place to stay."

"The Fourviere Lyon was a total surprise for us. Upon arrival, we found a high quality hotel created from an abandoned convent built in mid 1800's. The structure is built in a square with an enclosed courtyard which offers a peaceful, walkable area for the patrons. Surrounding the hotel are ancient ruins of a Roman arena. Lots of history here! "
