Follow Via Veneto north to a gate of the Aurelian Walls. This street is located near one of Rome’s largest public parks, filled with historic attractions. See Gian Lorenzo Bernini’s 17th-century Triton Fountain in the Piazza Barberini. The centerpiece of the square, this fountain depicts a muscular Triton, a minor Greek sea god.
