"Lots of steps but then thats Italy so overall an excellent place to stay. Locks need changed though on apt door and outer door...had difficulty getting them to open. Loved it and would go back again."

"This place is Amazing! I almost don't want to say how good it is because I may not be able to rebook it once word gets out. The apartment was everything one could want and the view from the bedrooms and upstairs kitchen and living room are breathtaking. Ownership was extremely helpful and answered our emails very quickly. Location to town made getting needed items easy. They send us a text directions and a video on how to get there. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed it."

"What an incredible property this was absolutely ideal for the three of us a full kitchen, which is rare in a rental really helped wonderful little market down the street. It’s all you can ask for smack dab in the center of town. Just do not bring a large suitcase, the stairs Were extremely steep and plentiful."

"Place is very close to the train station, that’s a plus. Clean and safe. We asked to store our bags for 1 hour and the host declined our request. He offered to leave them elsewhere but we did not feel safe leaving them where he suggested. Was kinda annoying since you can’t really take them anywhere in town "

"This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. "I thought the pictures of this place was very miss leading!!! Very outdated. The directions were not helpful and we were asking around the buildings where this place was and no one knew. If you’re on a budget then it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay again… it needs lots of updates! "

"This is a lovely little room, but it was missing a few things. It could use a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap, and a place to hang towels to dry. The bed only had two pillows, making it an uncomfortable place to watch tv. Some hooks or a coat rack would be nice, and there is no luggage rack. "Gave the place a try after the already bad reviews. Customer service terrible, staff had me come after suggested canceling. Wasn’t there and key was so bad it broke. Too my money and didn’t reply for a refund. Definitely a no no. I’m making a complaint to Expedia "
