"Our family of 4 (2 adults with 2 teens) had a wonderful stay. Location is walkable to anything you want to see downtown and many restaurants. The owners were all amazing and so helpful with all our questions and transport to the airport. Would recommend and stay again if in Napoli!"

"spent one night in 1970 rooms before my 7am ferry to Capri. if this is your situation, you need to stay here; only minutes walk to the port. for dinner/drinks we walked down the main boulevard (just on the corner of 1970) all the way to the high street shopping (west) and back around 10pm at night. felt very safe in this area. Alibus took me from Naples airport right to port which is a short walk to the hotel. check in was super easy. very communicative host. spacious room and very clean. would...

"I stayed at Napoli City Center – Appartamenti e Camere and overall had a really great experience. The apartment itself was very nice, extremely well located, and clearly well maintained. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. You honestly can’t beat the location — it’s just steps from many of Naples’ most famous attractions, including the Spanish Quarter.
One of my favorite parts was the breakfast. Instead of a typical hotel setup, you get vouchers for a coffee shop right next door. It ended up being a highlight: absolutely delicious and a truly authentic Italian café experience.
The only real downside is the elevator. It’s a bit of a nightmare — it only fits 3 people, requires either €0.20 per ride or the fob provided by the host, and waiting 10–15 minutes is common. This is absolutely not the host’s fault; it’s the building’s system, and the host does their best by providing the fob. Just be aware and plan extra time.
There are stairs, but the apartment is on the 11th floor, which isn’t practical for everyone (I have a bad knee, so it wasn’t an option for me).
Overall, I’d still recommend it for the cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable location — just make sure to factor in the elevator situation when planning your comings and goings."
"Staff was exceptional! Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe. "
