"Jag har bott på samma hotell några gånger tidigare. Jag fick ett rum med en fin tapet som gav känslan av att sängen stod i en gammal, vacker gård, full av blommor och träd. Dagens frukost var också bättre än tidigare – overnight oats, hembakat bröd och fröknäcke samt goda smoothies. Personalen var lika trevlig som alltid. "

"Arrived late, no problems getting in to our rooms. Woke up to a glorious view across the lake. Nice, clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice, again with a fabulous view. Shame we couldn't stay longer. "

"Such a beautiful, idyllic stay - the cabins are lovely, the sauna and lake are peaceful, borrowing bikes was a highlight, and the food was incredible! We had the set menu supper and it was absolutely delicious and the service was great."

"Absolute nightmare of a stay. We emailed before booking this as we were staying for many nights and then planned to come back in 13 days time. They said we could leave our bags thwre and that it was no problem. We have the email to show. The evening we planned to leave, they informed us whoever told us that had lied to us. The manager would not do anything. This cost us thousands in extea baggage fees over our trip. Rooms were not serviced, no fresh towels or anything in 4 days, and the customee service was the worst I have ever dealt with. "
