"Lots of bugs in the room on our arrival, living conditions arent ideal (electrical issues in the kitchen, sofas are not comfy, doors to balcony are hard to open). Property is spacious though and offers great views of the lake. Driveway is very difficult to get into, even with a small car and especially if its raining as it it steep, narrow and a sharp bend. "Villa Lucia was very pretty and spacious. Communication was very good and they were super courteous. It is a more quiet neighborhood closer to Como but further from other areas such as Bellagio, etc. there are a few local restaurants nearby but no nearby groceries. Three bathrooms were very helpful, the terraces could have been a little more clean. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "
