"Only stayed one night for a quick beach trip and it was quite good for beach hotel. I don’t have high expectations for cleanliness in beach hotels… And besides the weird smell in the entrance and lobby way, it was actually quite clean. The room was really clean, the hallways smelled nice and clean. Had everything we needed, room was a good size and the staff was cool. I would definitely return here for another quick trip."

"Overall, the property was okay, but the cleanliness fell well below what we expected. The biggest concern was that it appeared the blue bed coverlets were not changed between guests. Ours were visibly dirty when we arrived, and throughout our stay we watched the cleaning staff prepare other cottages. We saw them carrying fresh sheets and towels, but never the blue coverlets, which made us question whether they are being washed between guests. We also found several kitchen items that hadn’t been properly checked. The coffee mugs still had coffee stains from previous guests, and one of the plates had a crack and should have been replaced. These are small details, but they’re important and should be inspected before new guests arrive. Another issue was that the master bedroom had four pillows but only two pillowcases. We ended up having to purchase two additional pillowcases from Walmart just to make the bed usable. The cottage itself was comfortable, and with better attention to housekeeping and quality control, it could provide a much better guest experience. I hope management addresses these issues, as they are all easily fixable."

"We stayed in the cottage which was up the street from the Hotel, we loved having our own private space. It was spacious, clean and has everything you need! It's close to all the shops and restaurants downtown so we were able to walk to Dinner and then a bar to end the night."
