It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly. The food options in the restaurant wasn’t too good but otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Great hotel, great rooms, great staff, lovely AC, parking and a perfect longer stay-over on our way to Venice. Right by a public pool, local Italian restaurants in a more recidential area. Short taxi or bus ride to town right in front of the hotel.

Out of all the sockets only one worked. Property is in poor condition. Lift buttons work if you force press them. Wallpaper in lofts is tearing off. Plug in the bath didn’t work. Awful. No manager to speak to.

The property had a very strong odor of cleaner or air freshener to mask the smell of animals. It reeked of a dirty dog kennel. The rooms were old and run down. We were promised that the rooms were thought cleaned to avoid pet allergies, not the case (2 of 4 rooms had to medicate due to allergies). The prepaid breakfast was also awful.

Worth the money

Hotel is nice with a good location to get a local bus straight into Verona. Staff really friendly. Breakfast really nice. Plenty of choice. Rooms cleaned regularly. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking.

Limited Free Parking

We booked this hotel as it was advertised with free parking, what wasn’t clear is that the free parking is extremely limited and as such there were no spaces remaining and we were forced into paying additional to park in a “secure” area (the secure area being essentially a separate section of the same parking area). Room was acceptable but the shower area was full of black mold (bathroom had no ventilation). Breakfast was of average quality and selection. Probably there are better options in Verona without the comprise on location, wouldn’t likely stay again.

Sembrava di essere in un hotel diverso in ogni ambiente dell’albergo: la reception e le camere erano simili per quanto riguarda lo stile è gli arredi. i corridoi, le scale, le porte delle stanze e il bagno in camera sembravano quelli di un motel. Colazione abbondante e buona, posizione non proprio comoda ma non fa nulla se si viaggia in macchina.

Personal de limpieza ruidoso, no respetan horarios de descanso. Colchones y camas antiguas y no comodas En recepcion no se esfuerzan en ayudar al cliente en habla castellana. Horario de desayuno corto y poca variedad de productos.
