"I booked this hotel at the last minute after another place in Verona refused to let me in after 7pm even though I advised them in advance of my 10pm arrival. There is a lot to be said for sticking with places with 24/7 front desk service. The man on duty helped me connect with the internet when this did not happen automatically. The location was convenient, between the train station and the forum. The room was spacious and cheerful. My only complaints were 1) the number of electronic beams, one of which flashed intermittently in the dark; and 2) the 10am rather than 11am check-out time. Overall, this hotel was good value, and I would return."
