Not a great stay, but somewhere to stay. Free breakfast but not a great set up in my room. Coffee maker with no cups. Parking and unloading/stuff is difficult because rear and side access doors key access don't work.

Room 228 was ok. Staff was courteous. Things to fix: - Front Desk was unable to give us a "Do not disturb" sign to place on door. - Stricter Pest Control treatment routine needed because we found three roaches running around (2 in the kitchen area and 1 in the room). - Breakfast items were not replenished timely or lacking. On 12/23/25 at about 8:30am, there was no milk for the cereal, no eggs or sausage for the pancakes, no fruits ( except for some over ripened bananas). - Cable service did not work on one TV.

This is an extended stay hotel, not a vacation spot. I didn’t feel safe there with my kids, it was dingy and smelled weird and chemically, and seemed to have a lot of more shady people, sleeping in broken down cars or hanging around parking lots and such. It didn’t feel clean. My kids and I checked in, but left immediately and stayed at a different hotel. They still charged me the incidental fee even though we did not use anything, literally just walked into the room and turned around and left immediately.

Room smelled like pure bleach when we walked in, thought it would mean that the room would be clean. Nope, pee around the toilet on the floor dried up. A roach dead in the microwave, garbage pieces on the bathtub and behind the toilet. ZERO soap in the entire hotel room, only enough toilet paper for us to pee twice. And I found a wash cloth soaked in bleach under the tv which was where the smell was coming from. Neither TV worked and the TV remote was broken. The chair for the desk was broken and filthy.
