"Staff have taken the time to update the rooms and property overall. Check-in was easy and they had the room on the lower floor as requested. This is a property I think most would over look but that would be their mistake. Room was clean and updated. Nice also that they have worked out discounts for the nearby restaurants too. Parking lot was a bit crowded but there was also street parking nearby. We will be keeping this place on our list should we need another stay in Vernon."

"It’s a great hotel, however, thus is the second time having trouble with the billing, instead of charging me the rate according to the hotel.com reservation, they used standard room rates that increased to bill be $300 . Now I need to sort that out. Thus is the second that billing is an issue. "
