"We needed a hotel in Vernon for only one night as a quick stop over. This is a typical Best Western...clean room, nice staff, basic hotel. Very well priced and Vernon is a cute town - much nicer than Kelowna! Highly recommend this hotel if you are just driving through Vernon."

"Too early in the season to use the pool, no parking, bed was horrible. It felt very odd sleeping at the main entrance It was clean, bug free. Thanks for the bottle of wine, but we don't drink, may i suggest a local honey or a chocolate for you to offer instead? "

"I was not happy with the party atmosphere, I had to call the front desk at 2am. Parking was far, food was expensive for what I had, and room was just ok. "

"Amazing location and offseason rates are tolerable given the downtown waterfront location. There were a few things about the suite configuration that were odd, but nothing that would make me choose against staying there again. Having a full kitchen, not to mention spectacular lake views, make this place worth staying at."
