Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. "Really nice spacious room, friendly staff and a wonderful evening meal. Parking is a short walk away in a secure underground car park, if you have a super low slung car best to leave it in the open car park up top as the ramp is quite steep. Very welcoming staff"

Had to pay for sending a jacket they had, without my knowledge, offloaded from the inside of the car, not trunk, and hanged it in a closet. Would have been nice for them to pay the transport but OK."
"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. "This modern hotel was spacious and new which was a nice contrast to some of the older accommodations in the area but it was typical cheap new construction without attention to detail, sloppy paint, cracking drywall seams, unfinished details. The rooms were large and very comfortable with a great view and walkable to the gondola. The pool area was great and we appreciated the garaged parking area. My husband had been injured so it was a nice option to eat at the buffet inside the hotel for dinner but the food was really not good. Everything felt from a freezer bag and overcooked and bland. Front desk staff allowed us to check in early which was nice and the bar staff was helpful but most other staff felt like we were putting them out. Not overly friendly. "
